The Venturers create their own programme, activities, camps and events. They take care of all the organising and responsibilities with support of an adult/s. The adult/leaders role in Venturers is to guide them along, thinking of the health and safety side of things and ensuring the youth have thought through each activity properly.
Venturers also have the opportunity to take control of their own finances (with the support of the group).
Venturers is a section that is very flexible, especially when it comes to study and exams, we can work around all of this.
